Traditional white Lycra wetsuits are beautiful on day one, but they quickly absorb fish blood, sunscreen, dirt, and everyday stains that leave them looking worn long before their time. SiPrene® was created to solve that problem.
Exclusive to Waihana, SiPrene® is a premium silicone-coated performance fabric laminated to high-quality CR neoprene. The smooth silicone surface resists staining, sheds dirt more easily, and maintains its bright white appearance significantly longer than conventional white Lycra, while offering outstanding abrasion resistance for years of use.
Constructed from lightweight 2.0mm premium CR neoprene, the Women’s SiPrene® Shorty delivers just the right amount of warmth for tropical waters, morning paddles, snorkeling, swimming, freediving, surfing, and long days spent in and around the ocean. The anatomical pattern provides unrestricted freedom of movement, while the ultra-soft white super-stretch lining feels exceptionally comfortable against the skin.
Rather than relying on printed graphics, the SiPrene® Shorty embraces a clean, refined aesthetic. Embossed Waihana logos replace traditional silkscreen prints, while our signature fish-scale embossing flows subtly across the side panels and zipper panel, adding texture and depth without compromising the suit’s elegant appearance. A matching white zipper completes the seamless monochromatic design.
