Our top cover is extended at the transom so that the spars and sail can be stored covered and in the boat, which effectively "tents" the cover. There are three heavy-duty straps that go around the hull and hold the cover taut with quick-clip adjustable buckles. We install an additional webbing loop at the aft end that allows the extended portion of the cover to be pulled tightly to the lower gudgeon for "flap free" highway travel. Reinforcement has been added to the transom to prevent any chafe from the gudgeons.
