Windesign has developed a high-end extremely stiff racing tiller made of T800 carbon which fits perfect on your Laser® or ILCA®. We are using different wall thicknesses on the inside of the tiller to achieve an ultimate stiffness/weight ratio, we have used the best, stiffest and lightest carbon fibers available, made a recess on top for the stainless steel wear plate and designed two different tiller end castings to achieve the lowest traveler settings for both. This combination of features creates an amazing light feeling when steering the boat. The design went through all different kinds of tests and is believed to be the stiffest, strongest and most lightweight on the market right now! Glossy finish, fitted with an aluminum Clamcleat, only 13,5 mm thick and 26,7 mm wide, a total weight of only 335 gram and supplied with releasable joint to attach your existing tiller extension.
