A bullseye that fits the base of a stanchion for smooth control of furling lines. A Dyneema-effect strap over a metal retaining rod is through-bolted to an enclosed backing plate. There are no moving parts and no new holes are needed in the deck. The hard-anodised eye gives low friction and good abrasion resistance.
