This adapter is designed for mounting an Aerovane at the top of a mast on small keelboats or sports boats. Simply screw the adapter into the tapped hole in the mast crane, and then insert the Aerovane's rod and secure it with the included grub screw. Alternatively, the adapter can be held in place using a nut and drilled hole in the mast crane.
