WILO is a hoist hook weight. It functions as a simple hoist hook ballast to prevent unwanted swing and assist the operator with easier control in situations such asÊstrong wind, confined/cluttered areas or other environmental conditions.During hoist operation, it is also recommended to use a loaded bag on the hook at all times (especially on empty hook) to help remedy cable milking and cable looseness and improving the hoist cable life.Thanks to an automatic Auto Block stainless steel carabiner, WILO ensures a quick and safe use of the load.The system is also provided with a high visibility reflective band and two supports for light sticks for night hoist operation.The upper slot has a geometry designed to avoid the Dynamic Rollout phenomenon (accidental release from the winch hook).
