Horn cleats are commonly used for temporary line attachments and adjustments. Sailors and crew members can quickly cleat or uncleat a line by looping it around one or both horns and then applying tension to secure it. Horn cleats are often found on both sailboats and powerboats and are particularly useful for managing lines that need to be frequently adjusted or released during manoeuvres, such as adjusting sails or tying off to a dock.Made from marine grade aluminium and anodised silver.
